This beautiful property is located near the small village of Brassac in the Tarn et Garonne, 20 minutes from Valence d'Agen and 15 minutes from Moissac. The situation is very private and at the end of a private path. There is a beautiful view over the rolling countryside and there are no immediate neighbours.

This property consists of the single storey main house, a guest house, a beautiful swimming pool and a spacious workshop.
You enter the property via a path with an electric gate. About 30 meters from the house there is a carport that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a garage.

The entrance to the house is through the covered terrace. From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the garden and the valley.
One enters through the hall which leads to a corridor. All rooms are located in this corridor. First you enter the living room with fireplace and patio doors to the covered terrace. The pool is located lower than the house. From the garden there are stairs to the swimming pool with beautiful terrace. From here there is a beautiful view of the area.
