This beautiful house is in the countryside, near the Grésigne forrest not far from the medieval village Castelnau de Montmiral.

The property is composed of a four-bedroom house, a covered terrace, a garden, and a big pool.

Arriving at the house we enter via a gate which opens into a small gravel square in front of the house.
When we enter the house, we arrive in the entrance hall. Opposite the entrance, there is a staircase to the 1st floor, and a door leading to the rear of the house. To the left of the front door there is a large living room with a fireplace, and to the right of the entrance there is the kitchen with dining area. Via the kitchen, we have access to a laundry room. When we go up to the first floor, we arrive at a landing with a bedroom and a large bathroom, another smaller bedroom, an independent bathroom, another bedroom which leads to the other part of the house to a mezzanine. The mezzanine used as a bedroom and had a shower room.
From here, we are going down from the mezzanine and arrive in a small living room.

This part of the house has an independent entrance so that it could be used as an independent guest house. From here we can reach the kitchen.

The covered terrace is accessible via the laundry room or from the outside.
The garden has a large swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters, partially enclosed by a wall and wire mesh. The garden is large and offers a magnificent view of the sunflower fields.
