This house is located between the village of Caylus and the Saint Antonin Noble Val, it is located near a magnificent castle which contributes to the atmosphere of the whole.

The set consists of the house, a garage, a garden and terraces all around the house.

We access the front door by a stone staircase, we arrive in a corridor with on the left a laundry room with sink and then a cellar serving as a stock, then a few steps lead to the kitchen with old bread oven and door to a outdoor terraces. Here is also the staircase to the other rooms on the upper floor.

On the upper floor we arrive in a large living room divided into two parts, a dining room and a living room, there is an old stone sink and a wood stove as well as doors to the outside. A staircase then leads to a bedroom area, here there is a small office area and two bedrooms located one after the other, the last one has a WC and a washbasin.

The living room is L-shaped and has another lounge area with French doors to the outside terraces. Here another staircase leads to a higher one, here is the large bedroom and a bathroom with sinks and bathtub.
All around the house are various terraces with beautiful views over the valleys.

The house is equipped with central heating.
