This beautiful stone house is located between the medieval city of Saint Antonin Noble Val and the medieval village of Caylus.
The house has been completely renovated and has an independent workshop. The house benefits from a large garden of 1700m² with beautiful views over the valley and the "Chateau de Cas".

You enter directly into a large room with an area of ​​51 m² divided into two parts by a industrial style glass wall.
The first part is the kitchen. This one is modern and recent. On the ground are beautiful stone slabs and an old stone sink. There is a door which leads to a wooden terrace which is located at the rear of the house. Through the kitchen there is access to a laundry room with separate WC.
The second part is the living room which has a wood stove, a beautiful wooden staircase to the 1st floor, a wooden floor and a French window leading to the front of the house.
