This three storey house is located in the village of Laguepie, it is composed of a garage, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with an outdoor terrace on the top floor .

You enter a corridor leading to the garage, which is divided into two parts of 8,45m² and 6,38m² for the second part.

On the first floor we arrive on a landing of 5,50m² with washbasins serving a bedroom of 11,17m² a separate WC and finally a shower room, here there is also enough space for the washing machine.
