This house is located a few minutes from the village of Montclar de Quercy, it consists of a single-storey house, a carport with workshop and a small guest house.

You enter a small entrance hall, here are the separate toilets, and to the left of this are the bedrooms and the bathroom. To the right of the hall the spacious living room.

The living room is spacious and has double patio doors to a terrace and the garden to the rear of the house. The living room has a small kitchen and a wood stove heating the whole.
The bedroom part is served by a corridor with the bathroom with bath and washbasin, then a first bedroom with bunk beds. The large bedroom benefits from a door to the garden.

The guest house is about thirty meters from the main house, it is composed of an open barn part used as storage space and a residential part.
You enter directly into the living room with kitchen area, a bathroom with Sanibroyeur toilet and shower, then there is a small room upstairs.
The carport can accommodate two cars, here is also a small workshop.

The main house is heated by a wood-burning stove in the living room and electric radiators in the bedrooms. The house does not have double glazing.
