This beautiful house is located only 3 minutes from the village of Monclar de Quercy.

The entrance to the property is through a gate.

On entering the house, you come to an entrance hall of 24m² with a beautiful wooden staircase that leads to the first floor.
To the right of the entrance is a dining room of 20m². Then to the left is the kitchen of 20m², from here there is access to a laundry room of 10m².
