This modern house is located a few kilometers from the small village of Vailhourles, the property consists of the house and a swimming pool on a plot of 6700m².

Access to the property is via a private driveway, the house has a terrace at the front. Upon entering the house you arrive directly in the living room. The living room is half-open to the dining room and is particularly bright thanks to the large windows covering the entire front of the house.

Then there is a door to the back of the house where there is a lean-to. The floor of the living room is waxed concrete, the room is heated by a central wood heating system.
