This property is located approximately 10 minutes from the village of Caylus in a beautiful, quiet location. The property comprises a very comfortable main house, a spacious guest house, a swimming pool, and a barn set in a magnificent 2000m² walled garden.
The main house has been restored to a high standard by local craftsmen and is particularly comfortable.

The Main House.
A natural stone staircase leads to the main entrance of the house. Here, a restored monumental 18th-century door leads to the living room. This living room features a wood-burning stove. On this level, there are a first bedroom, a second bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The living room has parquet flooring, and a wooden stepladder has been installed to access the attic, where a child's bedroom is located. A magnificent wooden staircase leads down to the lower level of the house.
On the ground floor, you'll find the beautifully equipped kitchen. It's modern and well-made. The kitchen opens onto the dining room, and both rooms feature travertine floors. Both the dining room and the kitchen have doors to the outside. The dining room opens onto a single bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet, and there's also a storage cupboard.

The joinery and masonry work were carried out by renowned local craftsmen. The house has double glazing with wooden joinery throughout. There's underfloor heating on the ground floor, and a wood-burning stove and central heating radiators upstairs.

The guest house.
From the kitchen of the main house, a door leads to the gîte. We enter the large living room opening onto the kitchen, which has a wood-burning stove and an exit to the garden. Then there is a lounge and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The cottage has a separate entrance leading to the parking lot.
On the first floor, a landing leads to a first bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bathtub, a second bedroom, and finally a third bedroom.

The magnificent garden measures 1900m² and is very well-kept. There is a wide variety of flowers and trees, and the entire garden is walled. A few steps from the house, near the swimming pool, is a covered terrace.
A 45m² stone barn is located at the entrance to the property, currently used for storage.

The swimming pool measures 9x5m and benefits from an electrolysis system, so it is chlorine-free. There is a surrounding terrace.
