This property is located between the villages of Molières and Monpezat de Quercy, and is composed of a large house, a guest house, three other outbuildings, a swimming pool on a plot of 1 hectare of land.

The main house.
This house is spacious and has several terraces all around the house. At the front is a beautiful covered terrace through which you enter directly into the kitchen, which is spacious, modern and open to the dining room. Then there is the large living room with bay windows opening onto another terrace with a beautiful view of the hills and the pond.
From the dining room a corridor leads to a bedroom, a bathroom with double sink, a separate toilet, an office and finally a technical room.
Upstairs is a second bedroom, a spacious landing and finally a third bedroom.
The joinery is in double aluminum glazing.

The guest house.
This guest house is located opposite the house and is composed of a living room with a door to a large covered terrace, then a corridor leads to a bathroom with toilet and shower, the kitchen open to the dining room.
A staircase goes up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms.

The outbuilding 1.
This outbuilding is used as additional accommodation, it is a three-bedroom mobile home on which a living room and a large terrace have been added.

The outbuilding 2.
This outbuilding also serves as additional accommodation, and is composed of a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the living room there is a wood stove. Outside there is a covered terrace.

The apartment.
Near the house is an independent apartment with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. A covered terrace has also been fitted out.

The swimming pool. Near the main house is the swimming pool, which is surrounded by a beautiful terrace and a room serving as a dining room with pizza oven and bar.
The swimming pool has been recently renovated in its entirety.

The land.
The location of the whole is very quiet, the land is all around the property. A two-minute walk away is a large pond that is not part of the property.
