The total area of the land is 3.5 hectares, the garden around the house has an area of 2500m², the rest is made up of plots of wood in the surrounding area.
There is a well in the garden, 23 meters deep, and a large cistern in the basement of the garden, collecting rainwater coming from the roofs.
In the garden there is a large dog kennel with several boxes, each box has water and electricity.
At the back of the house the garden enjoys beautiful unobstructed views over the valley.
