This house built in the 1980s is located three minutes from the village of Trebas les Bains in the Tarn department. The city of Albi is 34 km away. The house is located on a hillside and has a plot of woods as well as a plot on the edge of the river. The house and its terrace enjoy beautiful views of the river and the valley.

At the entrance to the property is a gate, a private tarmac path leads to the house. Arriving in front of the house, the entrance is via a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace. We arrive in a large living room of 50m² with three bay windows with a view of the river and the valley, the living room has a fireplace and a television corner. Then there is a simple kitchen of 8m², crossing the kitchen we arrive in a dining room of 30m² with access to the terrace.

Then there is a bedroom of 11m², a bathroom of 7m² with shower, sinks, urinal and separate toilet. Then there is a second bedroom. Outside, there is a workshop of 12m², a wooden shed of 9m², then a guest room of 11.5m² with shower, sink and toilet.

The bay windows are made of aluminum and have double glazing, however the other windows are single glazed. There is no central heating system. The land of a surface area of 1257m² runs along the river and is accessible by crossing the small road. Above the house is a plot of woods. The total surface area of the land is 8225m².
