The main house.

The pool house.
The guest house is not far from the main house, with a spacious garage on the ground floor and a laundry room, bedroom, shower room with WC and sauna on the first floor. The garage is on the ground floor of the pool house and is accessed via a gated driveway.

The swimming pool.
The swimming pool is heated and measures 6m x 12m with a remarkable depth of 2.50m. It has a Roman staircase and surrounding terraces.

The garden.
The garden is fully enclosed and closed by a gate and wicket door. It is well maintained and has several large trees, including a walnut tree and a weeping willow.

The tennis court.
A gravel path leads to the court, which is in good condition and is fully fenced.

The surrounding area.
The property is just a few minutes from the village of Verfeil sur Seye, where there is a grocery shop, a restaurant and a bar.
Also just a few minutes away is the sumptuous Abbaye de Beaulieu, a nationally renowned centre for contemporary art.
