This building has magnificent authentic features such as carved stone. It has a floor surface area of approx. 50 m² (538 sq ft). There are cellars on the ground floor and the living area used to be on the first floor.

The garden.
The 2000m² garden has a spring. There is a flat part and a sloping part, on the sloping part is the spring.
