This beautiful complex is located on the upper and sunny part of the village center of Caylus and is composed of three separate buildings, the main house, a second small house with bedroom and cellar and a third building with bedroom and cellar also. Finally there is a small garden and a large garage.
This complex benefits from several independent entrances offering many possibilities.

The main house.
The house is accessible by a small street, on the ground floor there is a garage large enough to park two cars.
A small staircase served by a covered terrace arrives in the living room, with fireplace and access to the kitchen, then the bedroom with shower room and large closet.
Finally from the living room a door leads to the outdoor terrace enjoying views of the countryside and the medieval village, from the terrace a staircase goes down to the small garden which is the central point serving the other two buildings.

The second small house.
This independent building has its own entrance, and is composed on the first floor of a bedroom with shower area and sinks, this room offers beautiful views of the countryside.
Under this room is one that could be converted.

The third small house.
This building is also independent and is composed of a bedroom with shower room area, and large cellar on the ground floor, this cellar has its own entrance opening onto a small alley.
