House on the outskirts of a small village a few steps from the river.

This house is composed of a house with garden and covered terrace, it has recently been completely renovated.
You enter directly into the living room, it is open to the kitchen, the kitchen is recent and in a good condition.

The living room has space for a pellet stove.
Above the kitchen is a mezzanine.
Then we arrive in a room with access to the garden and serving the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom has a glass door to the garden.

The joinery has been replaced with double-glazed PVC joinery. The house has air conditioning in the bedroom.
Outside the house is a laundry room with electricity and water, opposite is a covered terrace. The garden has an area of 300m² and has a small gate to a path outside the house leading directly to the river a few minutes from the house.
