This beautiful stone country house is situated approximately 15 minutes from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, on the edge of a small hamlet and with no immediate neighbours. Set in an elevated position, the property enjoys a peaceful, unspoilt setting with 1.7 hectares of meadows and woodland surrounding the house.

- Fully renovated house
- Three bedrooms and two shower rooms
- Spacious living room with open fireplace
- 1.7 hectares of meadows and woodland
- Fenced swimming pool
- Former bread oven converted into a covered terrace

The property is approached along a beautiful driveway lined with walnut trees on both sides, leading up to the house. A few stone steps lead to the entrance.

The entrance opens directly into a beautiful, light-filled living room with high ceilings. An original stone sink and an open fireplace have been retained, adding plenty of character to the room. The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and leads to a mezzanine currently used as an occasional bedroom.
From the living room, a few steps lead down to the lower level, where there is a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and large French doors opening onto the courtyard at the front of the house. A hallway also leads to a separate WC and a first bedroom with its own shower room.
Upstairs, a landing leads to two further bedrooms and a lovely shared shower room with a double basin, shower and WC.
Outside, an old bread oven opposite the house has been converted into a shaded terrace. Behind the house, the swimming pool is set slightly apart and is fully fenced.

The 1.7 hectares of land extend around the house, providing a good degree of privacy. The grounds are a mix of meadows and woodland, with mature oak trees and several areas to enjoy the natural surroundings.
A characterful property in a peaceful setting with no immediate neighbours, yet only a few minutes from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
