This old presbytery is located 2 km from the village of Puylaroque on a dominant position with magnificent views of the valleys, there are no direct neighbors. The house is made up of a former presbytery of 125m² on each level plus an attic of the same size and 4000m² of land. The house is next to the church and the cemetery, the first neighboring houses are about 50 meters away.

At the front of the house is a small courtyard closed by gates, one enters the house directly into the dining room which is open to the kitchen. This room has two doors to the courtyard at the front of the house. There is also a small lounge area overlooks a first bedroom.

Finally on the ground floor a door leads to a hall leading to a bathroom with WC, shower cubicle and sinks.; a garage, the technical room/workshop with the boiler and a room containing the fuel tank.
In this hall a staircase goes up to the floor where is the large living room with fireplace, old stone sink and a beautiful wooden door to the outside, this door used to led directly to the church located directly opposite.
Then there are two beautiful bedrooms offering beautiful views of the valleys, then there is a small hall leading to a bathroom with bath, washbasins and WC as well as to the large master bedroom.

The master bedroom is particularly bright with unobstructed views on two sides. The master bedroom has a spacious dressing room and a bathroom with bath, WC and sinks.

The attic has an area of 125m² and has beautiful beams, it is insulated but not used.

The house benefits from oil-fired central heating. It's important to note that the house has cracks inside and out because it is located on clay soil.
The garden has a total area of 4000m², it is on the side of the house and behind the house, the part behind the house is nicely landscaped.
