This house is located on the heights of Laguepie, it is composed of a two-bedroom cottage with an enclosed garden.
The house is surrounded by a fence and closed by a gate, we are in the house directly in a corridor, serving the different rooms of the house.

On the left is the simple but functional kitchen, opposite is a dining room with fireplace.

Then a small hall serves a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sinks, this bathroom has recently been renovated, next door is a bedroom.

Then the corridor leads to a second bedroom. Finally there is a living room with wood insert and door to an outdoor terrace. Then there is a back kitchen with sink used as a laundry room.

Under the house is a cellar used for storage. The garden is all around the house and has an area of 365 m² and is completely enclosed and closed by a gate.
In the garden there is a small shed used for storing the lawnmower. The garden has fruit trees.

The house is connected to the mains drainage.
