This stone house is situated in a hamlet. On the ground floor there is a large garage, a workshop and machinery room with the boiler.

By a beautiful stone stair, we arrive on the first floor and one enters the living room, which has a tiled floor and a fine fireplace. The living room gives access onto a large terrace.

The kitchen is partly open to the living room. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, then on to a small hall. From this hall, we can reach the back door.

Then there is a bathroom, with handbasins, bath and lavatory.

The living room gives access to a beautiful tiled terrace, partly roofed. On the terrace, there are steps leading down to a garden of 555m² behind the house.
