When we arrive on the second floor, we arrive on a landing with on the left a bedroom (≃ 23m²) with a door that leads to the attic, and on the right two other rooms (≃ 11m² and 19m²) which could be used as a what room.
The main house does not have double glazing.

Near the house we find a shed, now used as an open garage.
There is also a small house to renovate about thirty meters from the main house. The whole interior is to be renovated, it has an old sink and an old fireplace.

The roof has been redone and is in good condition.
This property has magnificent views of the surrounding valleys.

The village of la Fouillade is 6 km from this property. Here are other schools, a pharmacy, a supermarket, bakeries, a garage and there are doctors. Ville franche de Rouergue is 15 km from the property.
