This spacious village house in need of refreshing is located in the center of the village of Monestiés in the Tarn department. This charming medieval building has 4 levels, with large rooms and several staircases. It has beautiful beams and natural stone walls.

Entering through the main entrance, you arrive in a spacious, open-plan hallway, with a large 30m² room on the left that could be used as a living room and with a wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. On the right of the entrance is a further 15.5m² open-plan space with sink, ideal as a kitchen, with access to the vaulted cellar. Moving further into the house, there is also a 21m² garage, where the septic tank is located, and a garage door opening onto the street, as well as a 2m² WC. In front of the entrance hall is a second wooden staircase also leading to the first floor.

Two staircases lead up to the first floor.

On the ground floor, the wooden staircase left of the entrance leads to an open-plan room measuring 12m², with access to a shower room with shower and toilet. This room also contains another staircase leading to the 2nd floor.
Then, if you take this staircase to the 3rd level, you come to a landing with a spacious 14m² bedroom, a shower room with toilet, a staircase leading to the top level, and a few steps leading to a charming 12.5m² living room with access to a spacious 15m² bedroom. The landing also provides access to another spacious 28m² room, with an opening onto the wooden staircase down to the first floor.

The fourth level consists of a bright 19 m² room under the roof that could easily be converted into a bedroom.
