A few kilometers from Parisot, this stone house is located in a quiet environment, with two neighbors nearby. It includes 3 bedrooms, a spacious office, and a 20 m² garage.

The garden of the house is closed by a gate, overlooking the garden. We arrive at the house through a large glass roof, then we enter the living room with stove and beautiful stone walls, then there is the kitchen of 11m², a laundry room and a back kitchen. Then a small hall serves a beautiful bedroom with bathroom with shower cubicle, sinks and separate toilet. Then a spacious office with large bay window, in the office a staircase goes up to the attic; this space with fairly low ceilings is perfect for storing things.

By taking the staircase in the living room we arrive in a corridor serving a first bedroom with sinks and wood stove. This room is spacious and high ceilings. Then the staircase serves a second bedroom with bathroom, sink, shower and separate toilet.
