This property is located 5 minutes from the village of Varen, it is composed of an old farmhouse of more than 400m², a barn of 280m², and a beautiful pigeonnier all located around an interior courtyard closed by a cast iron gate. The 11 hectares of land are made up of fields as well as woods.

The House.

The property is on the edge of a small country road, without much traffic. Access to the courtyard is through a superb gate. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful engraved door, then a staircase goes up to the first floor.
