This former dovecote (1853)is located a few minutes from the village of Varen on a beautiful private location surrounded by nature. The house has two bedrooms and a 540m² garden.

You access the house by a path arriving in the garden, the house has been extended with a covered terrace and a dining room. In front of the house is another large tiled terrace.

You enter the dining room, opening into a small kitchen, behind the kitchen is a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower. Then there is the living room with fireplace and door to the terrace at the front of the house.

Here is also the staircase to the first floor, on the first floor there is a first bedroom (the ceiling is 1.80m high) as well as a staircase to the second floor where the second bedroom is located.

The garden has been nicely landscaped, there are no neighbors around the house.
