This house is located about 3 minutes drive from the village of Varen, thanks to its dominant position it enjoys superb views over the hills and the village. The property consists of a beautiful and comfortable house, more than 4 hectares of woodland and a pigeon loft to be restored in the neighbouring woods.

The house is divided into two parts: The old stone farmhouse and a newer part, the newer part as well as the junction between the two parts has been designed by an architect.

The newer part of the house has a beautiful covered terrace around it, which offers wonderful views of the surroundings.
The newer part of the house is entered directly into the kitchen/dining room, which then leads to a spacious bedroom with shower room and dressing room, a utility room, a shower room and access to the garage and the two cellars. The hall also leads to the old part, here there is a separate toilet and a storage cupboard.

The newer part benefits from gas underfloor heating and double glazing throughout the house.
