This charming house is located in a small hamlet near the medieval village of Najac. It comprises a spacious main house with garden and terrace and a separate guest house.
The house is set back from the neighbours and the garden and terraces are not overlooked. The garden is enclosed by a gate. There is a spacious workshop and cellar on the ground floor of the house.

A stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where you enter directly into the spacious living room divided into two main areas, the sitting room with its large fireplace and the dining room with its wood-burning stove. The dining room has double French doors to the outside terrace with beautiful views and access to the kitchen.

The kitchen is spacious and offers lovely views of the hills.
The staircase to the first floor is located in the living room, leading to a landing with a desk and access to the bathroom, giving access to two bedrooms. The master bedroom has superb views of the bell tower, the hills and the village of Najac in the distance, as well as large built-in wardrobes.

The guest house has two separate entrances: either via the terrace of the main house, or on the street side.
The street access leads to the first room, which is used as a bedroom and also has a separate toilet and shower room. A staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a simple kitchen and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove. This room has Velux windows bringing in plenty of light.

From the kitchen there is access to a balcony, from which you can walk out onto the terrace of the main house.

The total surface area of the garden is 4733m², most of which is behind the house, with various terraces as most of it is on a slope. There are also non-adjoining plots.

The property is full of character and the guest house could be rented independently for seasonal rental.
