This beautiful house is located in a hamlet of a few houses in the Gorges de l'Aveyron, in the municipality of Penne. It consists of a modern and bright three-bedroom house, renovated approximately twenty years ago. A stone's throw from the house is the impressive three-story Pigeonnier, with an area of approximately 25 m² per floor.

The House.
The ground floor of the house is completely open-plan and divided into three sections. You enter into the kitchen/diner with a wood-burning stove and skylight. To the right is a first bedroom with bay windows opening onto a shaded terrace. To the left of the kitchen is a living room, also with a bay window opening onto another terrace.
In the kitchen, a beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs, where you arrive in a landing/TV room with a magnificent view of the Gorges de l'Aveyron. On either side of the landing are two beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a toilet, and natural stone sinks.
The house is surrounded by several shaded terraces, depending on the time of day. Although the house has no garden, it is surrounded by a shared lawn.

The Pigeonnier.
This Pigeonnier is remarkable for its size and original features. It consists of three floors, each approximately 25 m². The walls and roof are in good condition. Adjacent is a garden of approximately 25 m².
The house is comfortable and bright and has been designed, renovated, and furnished with great taste and quality. The Pigeonnier could also be converted into a unique residence with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
